Wedding Packages

  •  The Jaded Lusion Photographix logo, pictures and graphics found on the website are owned and copyright protected by Jaded Lusion Productions.
  • Upon contact requesting Jaded Lusion Photographix to photograph your wedding a booking form will be emailed to you depending on whether or not we are available on the day of your event. We request you return your completed booking form to us via email.
  • After receiving your completed booking we will send you an invoice in order for you to pay your 50% deposit for your chosen package as soon as possible. Until we receive your deposit we will be unable to confirm your booking with Jaded Lusion Photographix. This may lead to a loss of your booking on your requested date.
  • You will be expected settle the full amount (outstanding balance) within two weeks (14 days) after the event. Please be advised that any cancellation prior to your event, on your part, will result in the loss of your paid deposit including your First Payment, if this has also been paid, to cover our costs. Non-completion of your payment will also result in your completed photo USB stick/album/s being withheld.
  • An invoice for each individual payment to be made will be emailed to you in advance and confirmation of payment and a receipt will be sent to you via email or post once your payment has cleared. We accept payment by cash, cheque and electronic bank transfer or via PayPal using your credit/debit card for international clients only (6% service fee applies). Cash deposits will incur an extra 2% bank service fee charge.
  • It is the responsibility of you the client to ensure that we have the full permission from the church/facility to take photographs on the premises on the day of your wedding before the date the event is to take place.
  • Your free engagement photo shoot is on location only within a 15km radius of White River and is for the engaged couple only (2 people) for a total shooting time of 1 hour and only applies to the listed wedding packages on our website. Custom wedding packages are not included. The location can be your choice or we can assist in suggesting a few well known spots. A location requested beyond our 15km radius will be charged at an extra travel expense of R6.80/km. Entrance to any paid venue will need to be covered by you, the couple, at your expense. Availability is on a first come first serve basis.
  • Should, for any reason, the date of your wedding change you will be expected to please inform us as soon as possible as any money paid to us may be lost if we are unable to attend on your new date. Extra charges may also apply if your venue is changed for any reason after completing your original booking with us.
  • If you request for us to continue beyond the total hours or after the end time stipulated for your chosen package, please be advised that an extra charge of R1150.00 per hour or part there of will apply.
  • Vehicle and fuel charges come into effect for every kilometre outside of our 20km radius from White River charged at R6.80/km. Distances over 60km’s may require overnight accommodation at your expense including fuel charges. Any toll fees incurred will be included on your final invoice.
  • Any media taken by Jaded Lusion Photographix may be used for the future promotion or marketing of the Jaded Lusion Productions Group whether on the website or printed media to third parties. In this instance, the client’s personal details will be withheld and only visuals will be used for promotion unless a specific request, by you the client, is made to remain completely private.
  • The duration to complete the photos/album/s of your wedding would be expected to take between four to six weeks after being shot. This time, however, may fluctuate depending on the work involved.
  • Postnet (Something New Package Only) and courier (Something Borrowed/Something Blue Packages Only) fees of your photo USB/album/s are inclusive of the packages stipulated, only within South Africa. Postage or courier fees to overseas clients are not inclusive and will be added onto your final amount depending upon which option you choose.
  • Under no circumstances will we provide any unedited photos for your wedding, event or function undertaken.
  • If, for any reason, we are unable to attend your wedding on the date set due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. transport breakdown or an act of God, you will receive a full refund of any money paid. We will not be held liable to claims due to cancellations on your part or due to equipment failure on the day of your event as we ensure all our equipment is serviced and maintained regularly.
  • A copy of these terms and conditions will be supplied along with your booking form and forms part of your contract with Jaded Lusion Photographix upon signing the booking form and us confirming your booking. We reserve the right to adjust these terms and conditions at our discretion without prior notice.

Personalised Canvas Prints

  • The time taken to produce and deliver your canvas to your door from the moment you checkout and pay for your order will vary depending on your order size and your location. However our goal is to see that it gets to you within in 10 working days.
  • We will contact you if we find any discrepancies in the resolution of the image you upload after the selection of your chosen canvas style and size should it not meet or exceed our guidelines highlighted on each of the product pages before your canvas goes into production.
  • If you are not able to provide a higher resolution of the image you have uploaded for printing and it does not meet our guidelines we may offer you a refund rather than producing something that will not knock your socks off!
  • Delivery to anywhere in South Africa, only, carries a flat rate of R150.00 via courier to your chosen address during checkout.
  • All credit and debit card payments are handled securely by a third party, PayFast. We do not collect, see or store your card information during the checkout process.
  • We are passionate about giving you the very best product that you’ll cherish for years to come. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us to resolve your issue. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will process a refund at our discretion. Refunds can only be made to the card you used to pay for your order. No other refund methods will be accepted. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
